The support ticket system is available to existing clients. After saving a ticket, you'll receive confirmation & responses by email, and you can also check on ticket status in your account dashboard.

* You may upload files with your ticket for referencing visual ideas or sending content like images or text. Ticket uploads are limited to two (2) files at 2mb each. Once the ticket is created you will also have the option to safely share files from your own Dropbox account with no size or quantity limits. It's recommended to use this option to save time and server resources.

Please see "File Uploads" for more details about file types, sizes, quantity, and our DropBox option.
