Projects

A project is an organized way to manage your tasks, invoicing, discussions and other details for multiple concurrent jobs within one simple dashboard.

Example:

Let's say Joe's Media Group, Inc. has 12 websites to manage.
Each of those websites is a Project in Joe's dashboard on this system.

If Joe needs work done, he simply logs in, chooses the Project, and creates a Ticket for it. There's plenty of places for notes and details, and a few options to attach files, including a DropBox feature that allows unlimited files & sizes.

If Joe has a question or comment about one of his sites, he can choose Discussions from the Project the same way. He's not specifying any actionable items, he just needs to chat things out a bit.

If Joe isn't quite sure of the best approach, or needs a more detailed estimate, he can choose Request Estimate. Depending on his request, Joe will either find an Estimate or Proposal on his dashboard of this system with further details. He will then have the option to accept the estimate, respond to it, or reject it.
